| Unfortunately, the stories you've heard about computers crashing and losing all your data are true. It doesn't happen all that often, but when it does, it can be troublesome and costly. We'll make a backup of all your data files on DVDs, protecting you from complete data loss and more costly data recovery services. Each DVD can hold almost 5GB of data. NOTE: No In-Home Service |

| Our standard service is 72-hour turn around on all PC services. However, expedited service is available, based on availability. With Priority Service, we will fix your PC before close of the next business day. The Priority Service charge also applies to work performed at hourly rates when that work is performed after hours or on Sundays at the customer’s request. |
| Emergency Service |
